Promotion provides an important role for every employee, even a dream that always look forward to. With the promotion means there is trust and recognition of the abilities and skills of employees concerned to occupy a higher position. Thus, the promotion will give social status, authority, responsibility, and outcomes are getting bigger for employees.

If there is an opportunity for each employee was promoted based on the principles of fairness and objectivity, employees will be motivated to work hard, passionate, disciplined, and achievement of work so that the target company can be achieved optimally.
