One can successfully become a manager for business or field of life, if he has the skills in terms of personal management. Ability to build good team work that must be followed by skills in personal management. Personal management skills in a pyramid occupy the third level of management skills. There are two areas that must be mastered at this level of self-management and time management.

Self Management
If in your team management skills to motivate others to do the best in his work, whether you can do it? questions that should be asked for your self to be a good manager. Self-management capabilities is the ability to motivate yourself in order to do the best things and produce optimal performance.

Besides skilled in doing things the best, self-management focuses on the important work that is not only an urgent job. People are more often working on something if it is urgent though less important, so seize the things that mattered. At this level a manager is required to be able to prioritize tasks crucial to the success of the business.

Time Management
If you have a target to the success of a business, of course, many things that need to be done. And sometimes it makes you less time to do it. Because it is important that you have the skills to manage time.

Make a list of work to do, make a list of important work to be done assist you in managing time and completing important job.

Do not Doing many things at one time, humans are very difficult to multi-tasking. Complete one job immediately for further work on another job.

Management meetings, in your team can not be circumvented from the meeting to solve particular problems. Arrange a meeting to run well and produce a lot of things.

Personal management skills require you to have control over yourself and how you allocate the time available for work.
